We were instructed by a Ballymena resident over the Minister for Justice’s decision to close Ballymena courthouse.
Judicial Review proceedings were brought against the Department of Justice and leave was granted by the court to challenge the decision. In October 2016 the Department reversed their decision to close a number of courthouses, including Ballymena Courthouse.
