We were instructed by Mrs Beatrice Worton in judicial review proceedings brought against both bodies over the naming of Raymond Mc Creesh play park in Newry.
Subsequent to Mrs Worton initiating proceedings the Equality Commission reversed their original decision and directed the Council to review the issue again.
